(V 95) "The 2013 Extra Brut Tiersaudes is 100% Meunier from the Tiersaudes lieu-dit in Cumieres. Creamy, ample and super-expressive, the Tiersaudes is full of Meunier character. Fermentation in barrel for most of the lots seems to really amplify those signatures beautifully. Spice, ginger, orchard fruit and hazelnut are all very nicely woven together. The Brut Nature style works quite well, as the wine has plenty of richness on its own. Disgorged: April, 2018."
