The 2019 Dolce begins with lifted aromas of fruit and spice
notes of apricot, tangerine and cardamon together with the honeyed character of
Botrytis. Coating and creamy on the palate, the promise of the aromas comes
true with honeyed and citrus flavors that persist long into the finish. The
juiciness and richness of this vintage also carries with it more subtle flavors
of honeysuckle, toasted coconut, baking spices, the minerality of wet stone,
and caramelized vanilla custard reminiscent of creme brulee. Winemaker notes
