Produced from 100% Napa Valley Chardonnay, the 2018 Aria was
aged in neutral oak for 3 1/2 years. Developing an amber color, this
white port has aromas of vanilla and caramel. Aria's rich creamy texture coats
the palate with lush flavors of vanilla and caramelized sugar ending with a
slight nuttiness.
Aria is a very versatile wine. It can be used as an aperitif, pairing
with foods such as shellfish, creamy bisques, and salads. It also works well
with many types of desserts, especially creme-brulee and bread puddings. Of
