Correction of Errors and Inaccuracies; Limitations on Quantity
The information on this Website may contain typographical errors or inaccuracies and may not be complete or current. We therefore reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order). Please note that such errors, inaccuracies or omissions may relate to product description, pricing and availability. We also reserve the right to limit quantities (including after you have submitted your order). We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you. Shipping Shipping wine to certain states is still illegal until the changes are made to local laws, whether it be by politicians or the voters themselves. Currently, we ship through UPS within the continental United States. Depending upon the type of shipping requested, we may utilize another carrier for shipments to Hawaii and Alaska. Shipments to countries outside the United States may have special requirements dictated by that specific country, resulting in extra costs for shipping, duties or taxes. Specific countries require wine be shipped to a designated receiver or importer for the levying of duties or taxes. During summer months or during hot weather spells, we cannot guarantee that the wine will not suffer from exposure to the heat during shipping. To minimize this risk we may ask that you utilize next day or overnight shipping at an increased cost. While we generally watch the weather for the continental United States, it is incumbent upon the purchaser to chose the appropriate means of shipping to avoid exposure to heat in their specific location. Remember, UPS and most other shippers of individual packages, do not use air condition or refrigerated vehicles. Dependent upon your location, you shipment of wine can be in the back of shipping company's vehicle for extended periods of time.
Returns.
Because of the fees charged by your credit card company when we charge and subsequently credit your card, we will enforce the collection of our restocking fee, if your card has already been charged. We charge your card when your order is pulled from inventory, packed, and prepared for shipping. If we haven't charged your credit card, you may cancel the order without being subject to our restocking fee. If we have already charged your card, the cancelled processed credit card order for wines in-stock, shipped or not, are subject to a 5% restocking fee. Cancelled processed credit card "special" orders are also subject to a 5% restocking fee. Please check your order receipt carefully to make sure you ordered the correct wine. We will not be responsible for any incorrect orders placed you, the customer. Any incorrect orders that are processed and shipped will be subject to a 5% restocking fee, as well as shipping charges back to us if you want to return the item (s).
Napa Valley Wine & Cigar cannot be responsible for wine damaged by a shipper or inappropriate storage/handling on the part of the buyer, although we will make a reasonable effort to resolve any disputes. We reserve the right to refuse sales if we deem it to be inappropriate and/or unsafe.
We cannot ship to PO, APO, or FPO box offices. We currently do not ship to NH, UT, KY, TN, NC.
Orders to Alaska or Hawaii must only be shipped 2nd Day Air
Incorrect, insufficient, or change of address will incur a $10.00 surcharge.
We reserve the right to charge return shipping for refused or undelivered packages.
